Here is the cable for the emulator to connect to my laptop. The cable is mounted in the car, and is normally latched under the seat, out of view.

Although it can't be seen from this photo, the cable is actually coming from the center console section, and is passed

under the leather next to the seat.

The connector only needs to be hooked up when ROMs are loaded, or I'm "tweaking"... The emulator

will retain the data as long as power is available from the battery (I'm using RAMs, but EEPROMs can be used)
